Hyderabad: HDFC Bank has educated over 2,00,224 citizens across India in the fiscal year 2024 on safe digital banking practices, with over 16,600 workshops conducted.
The workshops targeted various groups including students, law enforcement agencies, senior citizens, self-help groups, customers, and employees.
Participants were provided insights into cyber fraud and preventive measures through interactive sessions featuring real-life examples.

Mr. Manish Agrawal, Executive Vice President of HDFC Bank, emphasized the importance of awareness in combating cybercrime and reiterated the bank's commitment to customer focus.
Customers were advised to adopt safe banking habits and report unauthorized transactions promptly. Additionally, they were reminded not to share sensitive information and to be cautious of phishing attempts and fraudulent schemes.
